Christmas Shopping

I have finally started! I'm one who loves shopping for Christmas but I despise that last minute desperate rush that leaved me buying a bunch of meaningless gifts to fulfill the required gift giving obligations. I like to take my time, so I usually have started by now. Last year I didn't. I really regretted that, though I had little choice in the matter.

So I proudly present my first purchase. A wagon for my 1.5 year old. I'm looking forward to pulling her and the future E4 around our property in this.

Not sure what else she'll get as it is rather pricey. But I think it will be worth it because she will enjoy it and it will be really useful for me.

I've always wanted to get one for the children, but never wanted to fork over the money.

Have fun Christmas shopping!

I don't know if you'll think this is ghetto or not, but I always buy those types of things off of Craig's List, even if it is for a birthday or Christmas gift. I like to save at least half of retail price that way. That's what I did with our wagon (saved a little more than 50%) that I got Samuel for his first birthday and the train table (saved about 75%) that Santa is bringing this Christmas.

I did try to find it on Craigslist first actually, lol. But I couldn't find what I wanted and got impatient. Might have been able to find it if I still lived in the metroplex. I'm all for second hand! In fact since I'm spending so much on that, I'm already looking for other things secondhand for Christmas.

Yeah, it's easier when you live in the metroplex. You can find anything! I did have to check in everyday for weeks, though, when I was looking for the train table. I'm a little OCD, though, haha.
